Dr. Mohammad Haidar is the Founder of OpenVQA Hub. He has led international collaborations with over 30 engineers and advisors, developed open-source tools such as OpenVQE and OpenVQA, and organized major events in Vietnam, Europe, and the Middle East. With a Ph.D. in Theoretical Quantum Physics from Sorbonne University, Dr. Haidar has held research positions at Qubit Pharmaceuticals, Sorbonne Université, and industry partners like TotalEnergies and Atos Quantum. He serves as a Quantum Technology Consultant and Principal Advisor for emerging technologies in the Gulf region.

This roadmap outlines the journey of developing open-source software for quantum computers. It begins in 2022 with OpenVQE, which is already completed, followed by OpenVQA, which is partially done. From 2025 onward, new projects such as OpenNISQ, OpenPFTQC, and OpenHybrid will emerge, steadily building toward more advanced platforms. By 2030, the vision is to achieve fully developed systems like OpenFTQC and OpenQuantumNet, marking the maturity of the ecosystem.

From Sep 2023 to Dec 2024, he worked as a Senior Researcher and Team Manager in Quantum Computing for Quantum Chemistry at Qubit Pharmaceuticals, driving advances in drug discovery.
Since Mar 2025, Professor has been leading the OpenVQE & OpenVQA Hub Communities, building international collaborations in quantum computing & AI education.
Between Sep 2021 and Sep 2023, he conducted research on quantum computing & information for quantum chemistry, collaborating with TotalEnergies & Atos.
